2023: Rajah Caruth makes the big step into the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series this season, as he joins GMS Racing to drive the No. 24 Chevrolet Silverado RST on a full-time schedule. Caruth will plan on competing for Sunoco Rookie of the Year honors, battling with a fellow teammate in Daniel Dye. He will represent the Wendell Scott Foundation as his primary partner in his rookie year, and will join the Drivers Edge Development program with support from Chevrolet. Having progressed from humble beginnings in his career, Caruth is now officially a graduate of the NASCAR Drive For Diversity program.

2022: Racing in a slew of different series, Caruth was able to gain some highly sought-after seat time at many of the tracks that the top divisions of the NASCAR national series all compete at. Chasing after the ARCA Menards Series title on a full-time basis, Rajah was able to lead 34 laps and nab eight top-fives and 14 top-10 finishes on his way to a third place finish in the points standings. His best ARCA result would be a second place finish at Kansas Speedway. Caruth would later go on to qualify for seven NASCAR Xfinity Series races, earning a best finish of 12th at Martinsville Speedway, as well as making four starts in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, earning a best finish of 11th place at World Wide Technology Raceway.

2021: Continuing as a member of the NASCAR Drive For Diversity program, Rajah would make the transition to drive in a full-time campaign with the ARCA Menards Series East. Caruth would tally two top-fives and five top-10 finishes with a best result of third place at Southern National Motorsports Park. He would impress in his first year driving a full-bodied stock car, rallying to a third place finish in the points standings. In addition to his starts in the East, Rajah would also compete in five ARCA Menards Series national races, earning one top-five and four top-10 finishes with his best result of third place coming at Salem Speedway. He also competed in numerous NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Touring Series races that season, winning back-to-back Late Model races at Hickory Motor Speedway and once more at Tri-County Speedway.

2020: Embarking on the true start of his NASCAR career, Rajah Caruth would make the move to the greater Charlotte, North Carolina area and be tapped to race full-time in the top division of the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Touring Series. Having been nominated to be a part of the NASCAR Drive For Diversity program for the second straight year, Caruth would stamp his name on the map by winning his first-career Late Model Stock Car race at Greenville-Pickens Speedway, adding to his total of three top-fives and 10 top-10 finishes that season.

2019: Starting out in the online sim racing scene with the use of iRacing, Rajah Caruth would garner the attention of dignitaries in the NASCAR Drive For Diversity Youth Development program, where he would be signed to compete on a limited stint in the US Legends Car Series.
