2023: After completing a stellar campaign in the ARCA Menards Series, GMS Racing announced in late October that the team would be promoting Daniel Dye to a full-time drive in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series in 2023. Dye will revive the iconic No. 43 Chevrolet into the series as he sets his sight on making his series debut, and will be chasing after Sunoco Rookie of the Year honors throughout the season starting with his home track of Daytona International Speedway.

2022: Daniel Dye amped up his racing schedule for a full-time effort in the ARCA Menards Series, chasing after the championship. Dye changed his car number to a familiar one that he has used for the majority of his racing career, driving No. 43 Chevrolet in 20 ARCA national events. Dye was named as the Bounty Rookie of the Year on the tour, putting together a consistent season highlighted by a series-high 13 top-fives and 17 top-10 finishes. Daniel would also win a pole at Berlin Raceway and lead 226 laps en route to a runner up finish in the drivers’ points standings. In the ARCA Menards Series West, Dye would win the pole at Portland International Raceway and add two top-fives finishes in his only two starts of the season. For the second straight year, Daniel was selected to join the Drivers Edge Development program as a top prospect development driver for Chevrolet.

2021: Dye aced in select ARCA Menards Series and ARCA Menards Series East races piloting the No. 21 Chevrolet for GMS Racing. He notched one standout win at Berlin Raceway from the pole, along with three top-fives and four top-10 finishes in six ARCA Menards Series starts. Daniel would finish second in the ARCA Menards Series East championship standings, earning two top-fives and eight top-10 finishes in eight races. Dye was also tabbed to join the Drivers Edge Development program with support from Chevrolet.

2020: Daniel would make an impressive first foray into in the ARCA Menards Series East, collecting five top-10 finishes in five starts. Dye also competed in two CARS Tour Super Late Model events that year, earning one top-five and one top 10-finish. Notably, Dye competed in a Super Late Model for the 2020 Snowball Derby to cap off the season at Five Flags Speedway.
